In November, our guests will have the opportunity to try the taste combinations created by the collaboration of top freelance chef Martin Meikas and Kolm Sõsarat chef Kerti Vissel.
Two cultures and two regions - the beach of Saaremaa and the forests of Võru County - meet in the menu prepared for these two special dinners.

Karula sheep academy
Sat, march 25 at 5 pm
In March & April, we will focus on local mutton. Mats Meriste, local sheep farmer and butcher of Hallimäe Farm will hold a discussion on sheep and cooking mutton. An hour before the special dinner the guests have a chance to visit Kõosaarõ Farm in Karula village to see newborn lambs.
