Our Menu

Our menu is a symbiosis of our head chef’s unique gastronomical style, the legacy of Estonian cuisine and the produce of best quality – mostly grown in our own gardens, foraged in the forests nearby or bought from local farmers.

In the Autumn-Wintry Season, from November to March, we offer our guests a 7-course tasting menu at the price of 149 euros/guest. Please plan at least 4 hours for your visit.

Our drink menu includes wines and beverages from both well-known wine regions as well as local small producers. 

We do not accommodate a la carte or vegetarian menus.

The tastes we offer are in harmony with nature and the change of Estonian seasons.

Abundance Season

May - Sept 14

We currently offer summer menu, described by our head chef Kerti as follows:

"This time, our season of abundance menu is full of fresh garden harvests and forest finds. Richer flavours come from lamb, grass-fed beef, eel, and trout."
